Drawsy AI is a product of Doable Works. This policy covers Pro billing, cancellation, and refunds. Payments are processed by PayU.

## Summary

- Digital delivery only — no physical shipping
- Cancel anytime from Billing; access continues to cycle end
- First Pro payment: full refund within 7 days on request
- Renewals are not refunded or prorated
- Always refund duplicates, post-cancellation charges, non-activation, and our billing errors
- Refunds may be refused after Terms or Acceptable Use suspension
- Failed debits usually reverse in 5–7 business days
- Refund requests: email shivam@drawsyai.com with subject "Refund request"
