By creating an account, buying a paid plan, or using Drawsy (https://app.drawsyai.com, https://drawsyai.com, and /login) you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy.

## Summary

- You must be 18+ to create an account or buy a paid plan
- Use the product lawfully; see https://app.drawsyai.com/acceptable-use
- Guest mode and paid plans are subject to fair-use limits
- You retain ownership of content you create; you own AI output from your inputs to the extent the law allows
- Payments are processed by PayU; Pro renews monthly until cancelled; failed renewal returns you to Free
- Governing law: India; courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra
