Acceptable Use Policy

What you can and can't do with Drawsy, including AI, shared canvases, and connectors.

Scope

Effective date: 31 October 2026. Last updated: 2 November 2026.

Drawsy AI ("Drawsy") is a product of Doable Works. Drawsy is owned and operated by Doable Works ("Doable Works", "we", "us", or "our"). This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of our Terms of Service.

It applies to everyone who uses Drawsy: the canvas, workspaces, real-time collaboration and voice, comments, Kanban, presentations, AI features and agents, connectors, Drawsy Companion, and shared links. That includes guests who open a shared room or link without an account.

Content you must not create, upload, or share

Do not use Drawsy to host, generate, display, or share content that:

  • belongs to someone else and you have no right to use, or infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
  • is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, or harmful to children;
  • invades another person's privacy, including their bodily privacy, or shares someone's personal data without a lawful basis;
  • harasses, threatens, defames, or insults a person, or promotes hatred or violence against people based on religion, caste, race, ethnicity, gender, or similar grounds;
  • impersonates a person or organisation, or is knowingly false or misleading and presented as fact;
  • promotes or helps with illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or gambling where unlawful;
  • threatens the unity, integrity, security, or sovereignty of India, public order, or friendly relations with other countries;
  • contains malware or any code designed to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to systems; or
  • otherwise breaks any law that applies to you or to us.

AI features and agents

Do not use AI features to generate anything prohibited by the content rules above, including malware, phishing material, or instructions for serious harm.

Do not present AI-generated images, voices, or documents of real people as genuine when they are not, or use them to deceive.

Do not try to bypass the safety controls of Drawsy or of the model provider, or to extract model weights, system prompts, or other non-public parts of the service.

Do not rely on AI output alone for medical, legal, financial, employment, or other decisions with serious effects on people. Have a qualified person review it.

If you use your own provider API key, you must also follow that provider's usage policies.

Collaboration, sharing, and voice

Share rooms, links, and exports only with people who should see the content. Anyone with a link may be able to view it.

Respect other participants. Do not use comments, invites, cursors, or voice to harass, spam, or disrupt a session.

If you record or transcribe a voice session by any means, tell participants and get any consent the law requires.

Do not copy or republish another person's private canvas, comments, or files without their permission.

Connectors and other people's data

Connect only accounts and sources that you are authorised to use.

Do not use connectors to access, collect, or expose data you are not permitted to access.

When you bring personal data about other people into Drawsy (for example from email, calendar, or files), you are responsible for having the right to use it that way.

Security and technical misuse

You must not:

  • probe, scan, or test the security of Drawsy without our written permission (see reporting below);
  • bypass sign-in, access controls, plan or fair-use limits, or payment;
  • access Drawsy through automated means other than the interfaces we provide or document, or scrape the service at scale;
  • create accounts in bulk or use multiple free accounts to avoid limits;
  • overload or interfere with the service, other users, or our providers' infrastructure; or
  • reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it.

Accounts and commercial misuse

Do not sell, rent, or share access to a paid account, or resell the Service, unless we agree in writing.

Do not use invites, comments, or share links to send spam or unsolicited promotions.

Reporting violations, infringement, and security issues

Email shivam@drawsyai.com with the subject "Report" and include:

  • the link to the canvas, room, or content, if you have it;
  • what the problem is and why it breaks this AUP; and
  • for intellectual property complaints: the work you own or represent, how it is being infringed, your contact details, and a statement that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner and that your complaint is accurate and made in good faith.

Security vulnerability reports

To report a security vulnerability, email shivam@drawsyai.com with the subject "Security". Include steps to reproduce. Please do not access other users' data, disrupt the service, or disclose the issue publicly until we have had a reasonable time to fix it.

Complaints can also go to our Grievance Officer, listed in the Terms of Service.

What we may do

If we find or are told about a breach of this AUP, we may remove or disable content, disable shared links or rooms, restrict features, or suspend or close accounts. We act in proportion to the breach. Where the law and safety allow, we will tell you what we did and why, and you can ask us to review the decision by contacting the Grievance Officer. We may report unlawful activity to the authorities where the law requires it.

Refunds after suspension or termination for a breach are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Changes and contact

We may update this AUP. We will update the dates above and, for material changes, give notice in line with our Terms of Service.
