Terms of Service

Drawsy AI is a product of Doable Works. These terms explain the rules for using Drawsy, how paid plans work, and who owns the content you create.

Who we are

Effective date: 31 October 2026. Last updated: 2 November 2026.

Drawsy AI ("Drawsy") is a product of Doable Works. Drawsy is owned and operated by Doable Works, a Partnership registered in India, with its registered address at 4th Floor, Bldg No. 14 / Flat No. 13, Navjivan Cooperative Housing Society, Lamington Road, Dr Dadasaheb Bhadkamkar Marg, Mumbai Central, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400008, India ("Doable Works", "we", "us", or "our"). See Business & legal information.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Doable Works. They apply to app.drawsyai.com (website, login, profile, pricing, and billing), drawsyai.com (canvas and workspace), Drawsy Companion, connectors, and related Drawsy services (together, the "Service").

By creating an account, buying a paid plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you use Drawsy for an organisation, you confirm that you can accept these Terms for it.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account or buy a paid plan.

Give accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts that use false details.

You can use the guest canvas without an account. Account features require sign-in with Google, X, or email and password.

Keep your sign-in details, sessions, shared links, and API keys secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at shivam@drawsyai.com if you think your account has been compromised.

Using Drawsy

You may use the Service lawfully and in line with these Terms. You must not:

  • abuse shared infrastructure, exceed fair-use limits on purpose, or try to disrupt the Service;
  • attempt unauthorised access to other people's accounts, workspaces, or our systems;
  • upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that you do not have the right to share;
  • use the Service to send spam or malware, or to harass others; or
  • reverse engineer or resell the Service except where the law allows it or we agree in writing.

Acceptable use and fair use

Our Acceptable Use Policy gives more detail, including rules for AI features, shared canvases, and connectors, and how to report misuse.

Guest mode and paid plans are subject to fair-use limits. We may suspend or limit access to protect the Service, other users, or to comply with law.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create, upload, or store in Drawsy. You give Doable Works a limited licence to host, store, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide and secure the Service and the features you choose to use (for example sync, collaboration, sharing, exports, and AI requests).

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content you add, including content from connected sources and personal data about other people.

Content you share by link, room, or export can be seen by anyone who receives it. You are responsible for what you share.

Connectors and third-party services

Connectors (for example Google Workspace, GitHub, Notion, or Slack) access only the sources and permissions you authorise, and you can disconnect them at any time. Your use of a third-party service is also governed by that provider's own terms. How we handle connector data, including Google user data, is described in our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for third-party services. If a provider changes or withdraws its API or permissions, the related connector may stop working.

AI features

AI features send the message and the context you select to the AI runtime or model provider used for that request. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review it before relying on it, and do not treat it as professional advice. If you use your own provider API key, that provider's terms and charges apply to you.

As between you and Doable Works, you own the output generated from your inputs, to the extent the law allows. Similar output may be generated for other users. You are responsible for how you use output, including checking that it does not infringe anyone's rights. We do not use your workspace content to train generalized AI models; see our Privacy Policy.

Paid plans, billing, and cancellation

The Free plan is free. Paid plans and their current prices are shown on the Pricing page. In India, Drawsy Pro is currently ₹499 per month. Prices are as shown at checkout; applicable taxes may apply under Indian tax law.

Payments are processed by PayU. By subscribing, you authorise the first payment and a recurring monthly charge until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep paid features until then.

If a renewal payment fails, Pro ends at the end of the paid period and your account returns to the Free plan.

Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We may change prices with at least 7 days' notice before your next renewal.

Team plans are not yet available. Enterprise plans are governed by a separate written agreement where one is signed.

Our intellectual property

Drawsy, the Drawsy AI name and logo, and the software, design, and content of the Service (other than your content) belong to Doable Works or its licensors. These Terms do not give you any right to use them except to use the Service as allowed here.

Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep Drawsy available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, or remove features. If we remove a core paid feature, we will give reasonable notice where practical. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages at hosting, network, payment, or AI providers.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, revenue, or data. Keep copies of work that matters to you. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using Drawsy and delete supported content or request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Where reasonable, we will give notice and a chance to export your content.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue informally.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will update the dates above and, for material changes, give notice by email or in the product before the changes apply. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept them.
